How to Share Social Media Content with Your Team or Clients

Contents

Social Hawk is used by business owners, social media managers, marketing agencies, PR consultants and freelance social media professionals.

We understand that creating content is often only part of the process. Before posts are published, they frequently need to be reviewed and approved by a colleague, manager or client.

That’s why Social Hawk includes a simple sharing feature.

How do you share your content?

Once you’ve generated your social media content, open your completed week’s content plan and click the Share button.

Social Hawk will generate a unique share link that you can send to anyone who needs to review the content.

    What does the recipient see?

The share link presents your content in a clean, professional format.

All Social Hawk branding is removed, allowing you to present the content discreetly to clients, managers or colleagues for approval.

This makes the feature particularly useful for agencies, consultants and in-house marketing teams who want the focus to remain on the content itself.

Can you make changes after receiving feedback?

    Yes.

If your client or colleague requests changes, simply return to your weekly content plan within Social Hawk.

Open the post you’d like to update, make your changes and regenerate the content if required.

You can repeat this process as many times as necessary until the content is ready for approval.

Who is this feature designed for?

The sharing feature is particularly useful for:

    • Social media consultants.
    • PR consultants.
    • Marketing agencies.
    • In-house marketing teams.
    • Business owners working with colleagues or external approval teams.

It provides a quick and professional way to collaborate on content before it is published.

    What happens after approval?

Once the content has been approved, simply copy the text, images and video scripts from Social Hawk and publish them through your preferred social media scheduling tool or directly to your chosen social media platforms.
